Bremer's Day With Violet

As the wind slices across his wings, Bremer flew high over the mountain tops, thinking to himself, "Well, today's the day! My date with Violet! I hope my spikes are in line." He swooped over a river and checked. "Perfect." He smiled, temporarily forgetting he was still air born, he crashed into some trees, getting his horns stuck in one. "Dang it!" he growled, and tried to get his horns free. A peal of bell like laughter came from behind him, "Bremer! How did you get yourself into this mess?" Violet appear beside him and his speech became all messy, "Well, um…I mean, uh…I was just…I…the river, and spines, and…" He stumbled over his words and Violet giggled again and gave him a good hard yank and he stumbled backwards and landed on his rump. Violet's playful brown eyes watched as he landed, and she smiled, "Well? Are we going or not?" She asked, her tail swishing. He blushed and got up, "Y-Yeah! Of course! I wouldn't miss it!" He blabbed. She chuckled and began to walk, "Then come on." She laughed as he stumbled to his feet. Her pale purple wings opened and she took off, Bremer close behind. As they flew over the wood, Bremer watched his pretty purple diamond as she flew with as much ease as he. They flew for a while, just enjoying the flight. By the time they got to the Dragon's Keep, it was about sunset. They landed in their cave, and Bremer smiled, "Wait here. I got something for you." Violet lay down, smiling. "Okay." She looked out, watching the sun set. Bremer smiled and went into the cave, and came out with a huge bowl of rubies, their favorite gem. He gently tapped her shoulder and she looked and smiled, "Aww, how sweet." He smiled and blushed as red as the rubies and set the bowl next to her and lay down and they both watched the sun set, eating the rubies. Violet smiled, "Best day ever." Bremer smiled back, "Best day ever." He agreed.
